comparing between ancient Rome an the world today

The ancient Rome was polytheist, so they have a lot of gods; the heroes were mostly the sons of the gods and they were consider as that because they fight against mythologist monsters and grate armies the most important were Hercules, Hersilia, Dido, Aeneas, Camilla, Faustulus and Horatii. The heroes in our days are the people who fight against the world injuries, like Uribe in Colombia or the Juan Pablo II and the madre Teresa de Calcuta, from the world, because they fight for world peace.
The Romes invent a lot of things but they were mostly focus on the construction. They invent the concrete, the sewages and heating; they were grate engineerings and architects, they construct the Colisseum, amphitheaters, domes for all their gods, underwater port facilities, aqueducts and roads. They make great works, but they did not were good at inventing machines. Today the construction have evolve a lot, but it still use materials from the ancient Rome, like the concrete, and they also modify and perfect the sewages and heatings, but essential things come from the ancient Rome. Today are a lot of inventions, not only machines, also things related with the human body, that’s why this is the century of the inventions.
In the ancient Rome the trade was very different than now in this time people change things through a barter with the Mediterranean, more Later was created in the same rome currency as a way to change this currency was under,Today is not common barter because every governing trade in the new currency.
Today all countries of the world are industry since this is the most important thing for the world economy of most developed countries are those that have more business and drive the economy, but in the ancient Rome hadn’t large factories, in this time the most importation institution was the state.
